How does cancellation work?

Cancel any time from your account in one click. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period, then you simply revert to the free tier. No questions asked.

Do I need to create an account?

Only for Pro. The free tier stays sign-up-free. When you subscribe to Pro, your account is created automatically from the email you use at checkout — no password, just a magic link sent by email when you want to log in.

Can I switch between Free and Pro?

Yes. You can subscribe whenever you need the larger limits and cancel as soon as your project is done. Re-subscribe later with the same email and your stored transcripts come back.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit where available.

Is the Pro tier billed monthly or yearly?

Monthly only for now, at €6.90 per month. Yearly billing with a discount is on the roadmap.
