- Responding to contact requests and communicating with the user - legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest;
- Ensuring the proper functioning and security of the site - legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller;
- Producing anonymous visitor statistics - legal basis: user consent;
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations - legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Data recipients
The data collected is intended exclusively for the data controller. It may be passed on to technical subcontractors (hosting provider, email delivery provider, analytics tools) strictly necessary for the provision of the service, within the limits of their mission.

5. Retention period

7. Transfers outside the European Union
Data is hosted within the European Union by OVH SAS. No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is planned. Otherwise, the user would be informed and appropriate safeguards would be implemented in accordance with the GDPR.
8. User rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, users have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Right of access: to obtain confirmation that data concerning them is being processed and to receive a copy;
- Right to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
